Some sense has finally been kicked into my brain, and I decided to buy an electric car. I really do love my car for many reasons, such as saving a lot of money for gas. And then of course there’s the fact that it’s so much better for the environment. Everything is going really well, except for the fact that I’m concerned that I will be stuck on the road without having the ability to charge my car. I read online about a restaurant which actually has an electric car charging station, and I think that is a brilliant idea. I really hope I see this coming to my area very soon. It’s such a good idea, and it really will help out people like me who have an electric car.

In addition to making it more convenient, I also think this will help others get encouraged to switch to electric. They can see the chargers are available on the road, which means that it’s convenient.

Getting A Car Loan

I have always had a hard time getting loans, no matter what I needed it for. It’s not that I didn’t pay my bills or anything bad like that. I’m only twenty one years old, and I haven’t had enough steady income coming in. I guess this is what many loan companies look for, because that’s the main reason why I got rejected so many times. I was finally at my wits end, and even ready to decide that I just couldn’t afford to have a car. I then looked online, and found out about Rapid Car Loans, which was eventually my savior. They were the only company that allowed me to borrow money, while a lot of others turned me down.

It was nice to finally be approved, after so many rejections. I happened to have friends and family members who also needed to get car loans, and I happily told them where they should go to get a loan. I have an aunt who doesn’t have good credit history at all, and she got approved. She was relieved that she will finally be able to afford her car, after being rejected so many time as well. The only thing that bothers me is that I wasted so much time trying to get loans from other companies.

Auto Part Plant In India

There will be a new auto part plant in India coming soon. This was very surprising to me, because most of the plants that I had heard of have, haven’t been in India. Either way, it’s nice to see a plant being built somewhere different than the usual places. I’m curious to see if the quality of the products will be the same, or different than the products that were made in the usual places. It’s been noted that the plant will be for power windows, windshield wipers and engine cooling.

I now wonder if more plants are located in other places such as India. We might just not know about where exactly our car parts are coming from, and we just assume they are coming from the usual places. Now that I’m curious, I’ll be sure to ask where my car parts are coming from, next time I get some new parts for my car.

Yet Another Advantage To Electric Cars

As if we needed another reason to love electric cars! I’ve had one ever since they’ve started to become popular, and I can’t see myself buying any other type in the future. Everyone knows about the obvious advantages of them, such as being better for the environment. And then of course you save a lot of money by not spending a crazy amount of money on gas. I used to be afraid of electric cars looking different than the traditional type, but then I realized that they actually look the same. Most people don’t even know that my car is electric, unless I tell them.

It’s mentioned in this article that GE is talking about an electric car that can be used to “power up your house during a blackout”. This is such great news, because I live in an area that has blackouts at least twice a month. It’s so expensive to get a generator, so it’s great news that something as simple as a car can help out when the power does go out.

The “Green” Mechanic

No matter what I’m doing, I do my best to “go green”. Most of the food I make is organic, as well as the cleaning supplies that I use. There is so much pollution in this world, but there are so many small ways that we can prevent even more. I’m glad that there are some people who feel the same as I do, such as a mechanic in Florida who has gone green. I never even knew that it was possible for a mechanic to actually do this, which is why I was so happy when I read this article. Luckily I live close to Oakland Park, so I’ll be heading over there next time I need a mechanic.

As I said, there are so many easy ways we can help the environment become a greener place. One of the ways he is doing this, is by selling oil which comes from beef fat and grass. It really is the little things that can go a long way.

Being that I’m in a long distance relationship, I’m on the road at least twice a week. You might be surprised to lean that I don’t own a car, and no I don’t go on an airplane. I work literally three blocks away, so having car would be pointless for me. Everywhere else I go is within walking distance, except my boyfriend. The weird thing is that he ‘s in a similar situation, so he doesn’t have a car either. The way we both get to each other, is by renting a car. It’s much cheaper than owning a car that I’m only going to use a few hours out of the week, and I get to choose a different car each time. I rent from Fox Rent A car, who always has new deals going on. I’ve priced out other companies, and nothing else compares to Fox’s.

In addition to renting to drive to see my boyfriend, I’ve also used them when I was on vacation. Something great about them, is that you can pick up the car in a different place than you will be returning it to (if you wish). Fox’s also came in handy when I was in the market for a car. I was looking for Jeep, and I wanted to make sure it was the right car for me. I rented a Jeep for the day, drove it around for a while. It was much better than having a car salesman with me, like I would have had to deal with if I test drove a car at a dealership.

Rolls-Royce “Green Car” Might Be A No Go

Are you looking into getting an upscale “go green” oriented car? I hope you weren’t getting too excited about the new Rolls-Royce electric car.The car is at the New York auto show, and it didn’t get the positive reviews that you would expect. I was surprised that a car that’s so expensive didn’t get great reviews. Many complained about the fact that engine is just too small, which is clearly a turn off when it comes to luxury car. In my opinion, there’s no such thing as a perfect car. If you are getting a car with a big engine, you’re going to have to deal with the fact that it’s not electric. If you insist that you need a “green” car, then you have to realize that the engine might not be the same as what you’re used to. I get that people are picky when it comes to their car, but I also think that you must be realistic.

Don’t expect to the Rolls-Royce electric car anytime soon on the road, because it might not even be in production anytime at all.

Mad Men

My friend got me hooked on the show Mad Men. I have watched all of the seasons that are on Netflix and now the new season is on TV and I need to watch them! I just went to www.direct.tv to get Direct TV so I can watch the new episodes that are coming on! I don’t know what it is about that show that I love, but it is so good. I pretty much love every character. It has just enough drama to keep me interested, but not too much to where I get lost and confused about what is going on with each character. The only thing about that show is, always end up wanting a cigarette after I watch an episode. It is set back in the fifties and everyone in the entire show smokes constantly, even the pregnant characters. I don’t even smoke, but they actually make it look pretty glamorous! They also drink scotch like it is water and I just don’t understand that! Do businessmen really do that at ten o’clock in the morning? How are they all not drunk by lunch time?
