When it comes to cars, we often think of men having the main voice in the car buying process. Cars are just something that men are thought to know a lot about, while women are thought to not really care as much. It turns out things have changed, as more women are getting better deals when purchasing a car. It’s been reported that they do more research and ask more questions, which helps gives them an advantage. Who knows, maybe men will start asking the women for help with fixing their car and accessorizing it..but lets not get ahead of ourselves.
DeLorean Sells for $541,000 to Benefit Charity
Remember “Back to the Future” with Michael J Fox? Well, one of the first DeLorean DMC-12 cars that appeared in the movie series was auctioned off for Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research. It’s great to see that people of means are spending money in this tough economy on things that benefit charity. Sure it’s a sick ride, but hey it’s for a good cause. $541k is a heck of a price to pay for a new toy! What’s the car really worth? Try $30k!

Arguments Driving Ruin Christmas
Almost half the people in Great Britain responded to a Christmas survey saying that arguments in the car ruined their holiday. The survey was conducted by British auto insurance company Allianz Your Cover. Pretty normal if you ask me – I can’t tell you how many arguments I’ve gotten into while driving.
